This patient’s pre-operative nipple position was too low for just a breast augmentation. Compare the post-operative nipple position to the pre-operative position. This breast lift required an incision from nipple complex to fold to achieve a natural nipple position.

Procedure: A bilateral, sub pectoral augmentation-mastopexy (breast lift with saline implants) was performed. Allergan Natrelle implants were used; filled to 505 mL on the right and left breast.
This mother came to Dr. Franckle after breastfeeding three children and a significant weight loss following her last pregnancy. She was experiencing volume loss and sagging of the breasts.

This patient had significant volume loss after breast feeding. She desired a natural feel and full round breasts that would not be too big for an active lifestyle. The silicone breast implant Dr. Franckle and the patient decided on worked well wit her lifestyle and the look she was wishing for.

This patient came to our office unhappy with the shape of her breasts and the drooping she was seeing, as that comes naturally with age. She was also experiencing excess tissue on the lower pole of her breasts with grade 2 nipple ptosis (nipple falling below the bold of the breast). At her first consultation, we utilized the Vectra 3D Imager to project an image of her breasts after a mastopexy (breast lift) and augmentation with saline implants. Using the 3D images, the patient was able to confidently chose the best size for her body.
