This 41-year-old patient visited our office after having three kids, all breastfed, which left her with flattened, sagging breasts. She was also seeking a solution to the excess skin and laxity on her abdomen after a significant weight loss. Dr. Franckle performed a bilateral, subpectoral (under the muscle) breast augmentation with saline implants and mastopexy (breast lift). In the same surgery, an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) was also performed.

This 40-year-old patient was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She had mild ptosis with pseudoptosis and desired to lift her breasts slightly without the use of an implant. She chose to undergo a mastopexy (breast lift). Her abdomen had a significant diastasis with a bulge in the upper and lower abdomen. Dr. Franckle performed an abdominoplasty along with the mastopexy.

About Mommy Makeovers in New Jersey
Motherhood brings incredible changes, both joyful and challenging. For many, those changes include lasting effects on the body that can feel difficult to navigate at times. A mommy makeover focuses on supporting you as you reclaim confidence in your body. This personalized combination of procedures, which may include a tummy tuck, breast enhancement, and liposuction, is thoughtfully designed to help you feel more like yourself again.
Why consider a mommy makeover?
Pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding can leave changes that diet and exercise alone may not address. A mommy makeover offers a way to feel more comfortable in your skin by addressing:
- Loose skin or weakened abdominal muscles
- Changes in breast size, shape, or position
- Stubborn pockets of fat that don’t respond to lifestyle changes
- Overall balance and harmony in your body’s contours
A mommy makeover addresses multiple areas in one procedure, offering a comprehensive approach to restoring your body’s contours.
Are you a candidate for a mommy makeover?
A mommy makeover might be the right choice if you:
- Feel self-conscious about body changes that have lingered after pregnancy
- Experience sagging skin or separated abdominal muscles that affect your comfort
- Want to restore a fuller or more lifted appearance to your breasts
- Are in good health and ready to prioritize time for healing and self-care
- Aren’t planning additional pregnancies
During a one-on-one consultation, Dr. Franckle will discuss your unique goals and develop a personalized treatment plan to help achieve them. For more information, get in touch today to learn more about our approach to mommy makeovers in New Jersey.
