Women in surrounding areas of Voorhees, New Jersey looking for larger, fuller breasts are seeking out the expertise of Dr. Franckle for a breast augmentation (breast enlargement with implants) procedure. If you have naturally small breasts and have always dreamed of increasing the size for a more feminine figure, breast augmentation may be your solution.
A gummy bear implant is a silicone gel-filled breast implant used during a breast augmentation procedure to add volume to the breast. What makes this particular breast implant option so different is the highly cohesive silicone-gel filling. This filling, in comparison to the round silicone-gel implants, has a soft feel; natural look and the ability to hold its shape very well.
Unfortunately, not every breast implant surgery is up to the high standards that we hold here at William Franckle, MD, FACS. Many times, a botched breast implant surgery can lead to an incorrect breast size, an abnormal shape, asymmetry, and malposition. As breast augmentation is a huge decision and financial investment, results that are less than ideal are inexcusable.
Breast lift surgery can be helpful if you have sagging breasts due to past pregnancies, genetics, or aging. You may also desire this procedure if your nipple areolar complexes (pigmented areas around nipples) are enlarged. A breast lift is intended to produce a more youthful breast contour, as well as nipple-areolar complexes of the desired size and height.
Breast Reduction surgery may be helpful if you have large, heavy breasts, which may be the cause of breathing difficulties, back, shoulder and neck pain, poor posture, bra-strap indentations and chafing under the breasts, or if large breasts interfere with normal daily activities or exercise.
Breast reconstruction surgery rebuilds one or both breasts that were lost to a mastectomy. It is not considered cosmetic surgery since it restores natural appearance and function of the breasts. There are two general types of breast reconstruction: breast reconstruction with your own tissue or breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and implants.
While the nipples of most people stick out between five and ten millimeters, a surprising portion of the population (between ten and twenty percent) has flat or inverted nipples. Inverted nipples can be present at birth or develop later in life. If you’re self-conscious about inverted nipples and believe that plastic surgery may be your best option, schedule a consultation.
