This 21-year-old patient visited the office unhappy with the projection of her nose. An open rhinoplasty was performed, with narrowing at the base and dorsum, narrowing of the tip, and reduced projection.

This 25-year-old patient was involved in a motor vehicle accident where she sustained a comminuted nasal fracture and deviated septum. There was severe left nasal airway obstruction with septal deviation to the left and dorsal hump deformity secondary to the nasal fracture.
An open rhinoseptoplasty was performed. The after photo is one year post-operative.
